4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: depositing ৳1,68,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,800; the wagering requirement in this case would be ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳1,50,000.

The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is completed may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.2 Other Promotions

99xo offers weekly bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, Friday Dhamaka, and other promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted unless specifically stated otherwise.

4.3 Bonus Misuse

If 99xo finds evidence of bonus misuse, manipulation, or any dishonest activity, 99xo reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, any winnings earned from it, and the account if necessary.

99xo's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback calculated on the net loss for that week. Bronze tier members receive up to 0.3% cashback, Silver tier up to 0.7%, and Gold tier up to 1.0%.

VIP tier is determined by your consistency and regular activity on the platform. Active and regular participation is required to move up to a higher tier. 99xo reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 99xo platform:

• Providing false information or using another person's identity.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate an account.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Communicating with others using threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

7.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is confirmed incorrectly due to a technical error, 99xo reserves the right to void that bet.

7.2 Result Determination

Results of all sporting events and games are determined based on internationally recognised rules and data sources. 99xo's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Maximum Win Limits

99xo reserves the right to set a limit on the maximum amount that can be won from a single bet or withdrawn from an account within a specified period. These limits may vary by game or betting category.

7.4 Technical Issues

99xo will not be responsible if a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or device failure. In such situations, decisions will be made based on server records.
